The Mumbai International Cruise Terminal located in Ballard Estate of 4,15,000 sqft of built up area. This is a ground plus three structure with an accessible roof area. Each floor plate of the terminal building is approximately 1,07,000 sqft.

The ground and first floors will be reserved as passenger terminal and the second, third and terrace floor for commercial or retail activities. be The proposed number of cars to be accommodated as per norms is estimated between 1000 of which around 400 car parks are planned to be accommodated in the tower whereas rest of the cars could be planned as open parking. In addition, few bus bays also need to be allotted on the ground.
