The proposed building is a G+6 floor building which is an overall height of less than. The building also has a lower ground floor which accommodates the tanks, pump rooms and other services area along with store rooms. There is no parking facility in the lower ground floor. The building will have Artificial Intelligence Department on the ground floor and first floor which will include their project team cabins and multiple meeting rooms. From the second to sixth floor, the building will house HSS department which will comprise of classrooms, Dry laboratories, Faculty rooms and a performance studio. The proposed building is connected to the existing old building of Department of HSS by means of a bridge.
