The challenge lay in designing the corporate headquarters of a garment export firm in a long and narrow plot. The various functional blocks were staggered along a spine corridor creating several courtyards of varying forms and functions. Common architectural elements including skylights, double heights, sculptural walls and finishing materials were employed to tie these spaces together. White columns accentuate the two- toned grit finish external walls spanning a total area of over 70000 sqft.
