The project consisted of adaptive re-use of some ancillary buildings in the Kamala Mills compound into a contemporary office and garment showroom. NRK House was the first of its kind in the historic mill area of Mumbai and served as a catalyst for upgradation of other buildings on the street leading to the overall improvement of the district.
